What Happens When You Book With Us
Every appointment represents more than just a time slot in our calendar:
• We have allocated time specifically for YOUR appointment! This means we’ve planned our entire day around serving you and other scheduled clients
• We have prepared our salon & ourselves for YOUR appointment. Before you arrive, we’ve sanitized our tools, organized our products, and mentally prepared to give you our full attention and expertise
• We have turned away other clients who wanted YOUR appointment. When we reserve time for you, we’re saying “no” to other clients who requested that same time slot
• We rely on YOUR appointment for our business to succeed. Each scheduled service directly contributes to our ability to keep our doors open and continue providing the services you love
Our No-show PolicyÂ
• 48+ hours notice: Full reschedule, NO cancellation fees!
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% non-refundable deposit required for next booking!
• Less than 24 hours/No-Show: 100% treatment charge + 50% non-refundable deposit required for rebooking
