Terms & Conditions for KG Lash Supplies

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are the only terms of the contract between KG Lash Supplies and our customers.

No other conditions apply unless we agree to them in writing in advance.

 

General information

All goods are sold on the understanding that fully trained, insured and responsible people will use them for their intended purpose.

Risk shall pass to the buyer on delivery of the goods.

 

Prices

Our prices are subject to change.

Unless otherwise stated, prices listed on our website are subject to VAT and delivery costs.

If you are outside of the UK, you may have to pay additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches your country.

All our prices are listed in GB pounds and you may be liable for additional charges from your bank when converting into another currency.

 

Ordering

You agree that any and all of the information you have given us when creating your account and at the time of ordering is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If a product is not available, we will let you know as soon as possible and will not charge your credit or debit card for the item(s) in question.

You accept that we will not take ‘back orders’; however, we will do our best to let you know when an item that was out of stock comes back into stock, so you may place a new order should you wish.

If your order has not been accepted, we will contact you to give you the reasons why.

We do not automatically accept orders from countries outside the UK. It is best to contact us to check if we deliver to your desired destination.

When we accept an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you specified.

You must check that the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

Orders placed before 3 pm are, where possible, processed the same day.

Orders placed on or after 3 pm will be processed the next working day.

 

Cancelling or changing an order

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through our warehouse.

We will try our best to make any changes, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so, as the order may already have been processed.

In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow our Returns procedure.

 

Delivery

Payment must be made at the time of order. Goods are not dispatched until payment is received.

We aim to deliver items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. 

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we are relying on the courier service to deliver on time.

We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products ordered if the delay is due to any event beyond our reasonable control.

 

Late or missing parcels

If you select Express Delivery and the delivery is delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will not be liable for refunding your delivery charges.

However, we will refund the difference between Standard and Express Delivery if the delay is a result of an error that we’ve made.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered, or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quality to that stated on our website.

We shall replace these goods or refund the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided you notify us of the problem within 7 working days of delivery of the goods.

In addition, you must return the goods to us (unless we inform you that the return is not necessary).

You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning goods, unless the return is the result of an error that we’ve made.

 

Returns and exchanges

You may wish to return or exchange goods for reasons other than the above. We shall accept returns and exchanges of goods provided:

They are returned to us within 14 days of the date ordered.

The goods have been unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition. By this, we mean that all packaging and/or cellophane wrapping must be fully intact.

You have contacted customer services in advance to arrange the return.

You have included the original delivery note and reason for the return with the returned goods.

We shall credit the amount to be refunded to your debit or credit card within 7 working days of the goods being received.

You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning goods.

For exchanges, if the new item is of a higher value than the returned item, you shall be liable for the difference in cost and associated delivery charges.

 

Website

We have taken measures to prevent internet fraud and to ensure that any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible.

However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach of our highly secure systems.

We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices,

specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

We have taken care to provide accurate product images for each of the products for sale on our website.

However, due to a number of different factors, such as packaging and branding changes, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences.

This does not affect your right to return goods that are of a different quality than that stated on our website, as mentioned above.

If an error is discovered with the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

We have taken measures to ensure the reliability of our website; however, we cannot guarantee that our website will be interruption-free or virus-free.

 

KG Lash Supplies – Loyalty Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The KG Lash Supplies Loyalty Rewards Programme (“Programme”) rewards customers for engaging with our brand and making purchases. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Programme is available to customers who create an account on www.kglashsupplies.co.uk.

You must be aged 18 or over.

Each customer may hold one account only.

3. Earning Points

Customers can earn loyalty points through the following actions:

3.1 Purchases

Earn 10 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are awarded based on the final order value (excluding shipping fees and any discounts applied).

3.2 Account Creation

Earn 200 points when you create an account.

Welcome points are awarded once per customer.

3.3 Reviews

Earn 200 points for submitting a product review.

Reviews must be genuine and comply with our content guidelines.

KG Lash Supplies reserves the right to remove points for inappropriate or fraudulent reviews.

3.4 Social Media Engagement

You can earn 100 points per action for the following:

Following us on Facebook

Following us on Instagram

Each social action can only be rewarded once per account.

Points may be removed if the action is reversed (e.g. unfollowing).

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed at checkout.

100 points = £1 discount.

Points can only be used against purchases on our website.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

We may set minimum redemption thresholds or limits at our discretion.

5. Points Value & Limitations

Points have no monetary value outside of the Programme.

Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged.

Points may not be used in conjunction with certain promotions unless stated.

6. Returns & Refunds

If an order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned from that order will be removed from your account.

If points were used on a purchase that is refunded, those points may be returned to your account at our discretion.

7. Expiry of Points

KG Lash Supplies reserves the right to introduce an expiry period for points at any time.

If implemented, customers will be notified in advance.

8. Misuse of the Programme

We reserve the right to:

Remove points

Suspend or terminate accounts

If we suspect:

Fraudulent activity

Abuse of the Programme

Creation of multiple accounts

9. Programme Changes

KG Lash Supplies may:

Change how points are earned or redeemed

Adjust point values

Add or remove reward opportunities

Suspend or end the Programme

We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

10. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for technical errors that may affect point balances.

If you believe your points are incorrect, please contact us & we will investigate.

11. General

Points remain the property of KG Lash Supplies at all times.

Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Liability

We will not be liable for any economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any indirect losses suffered or incurred by you arising out of or in connection with any matter under this contract.

This contract, and any disputes or claims arising out of it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
