Our loyalty programme rewards you for shopping with us & supporting our professional lash brand.

You’ll earn points for things like:

• Setting up an account
• When you place your order
• Leaving star product rating/reviews 
• Leaving us a Trustpilot review
• Following us on social media (Facebook & Instagram)

You can then turn these points into discounts on your future purchases.

How do I earn points?

It’s super simple:

• 10 points for each £1.00 spent
• +200 points when you create an account
• +200 points for leaving a review
• +100 points for each social follow (Facebook, Instagram )

The more you shop & engage, the more loyalty points you earn!

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at checkout.

Just ‘Redeem’ your points at the checkout & enjoy the savings!

When do I get my points?

Points from purchases are added once your order is completed.

Points from actions (like reviews or follows) will be added shortly after completion.

Do my points expire?

We may introduce an expiry period in the future, but don’t worry – we’ll always let you know in advance.

What happens if I return an order?

If you return or cancel an order:

Any points earned from that order will be removed from your account

 

Can I earn points more than once for social follows?

No – each social action is rewarded once per account.

Are there bonus ways to earn more?
