Following the lifting lotion, the Fixing Lotion helps ensure the lashes remain beautifully lifted for up to 6–8 weeks when used correctly.

Its professional formula provides consistent results while helping to maintain the health & condition of the natural lashes.

For best results, always follow the recommended processing times based on the client & natural lash thickness.

Processing Time

The processing time may vary – we recommend approx processing times of between 5-8 minutes, depending on the client’s natural lashes & eyebrow hair.

Please ensure that the pump lid is sealed tightly in between treatments; if not, this may affect the potency of the lash & brow lifting lotion.

How long does a lash lift treatment take?

A professional lash lift usually takes around 45/75 minutes.

If combined with a lash tint or brow lamination, allow approximately 90 minutes for the full treatment.

How long do lash lift results last?

Results generally last 6/8 weeks.

We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks before repeating the treatment to allow the natural lash cycle to progress.

Which lash lift shield size should I choose?

The correct shield depends on the client’s natural lash length, not their eye size.

Small (S): Short lashes
Medium (M): Average lash lengths
M2: Long natural lashes
Large (L): Very long natural lashes

Ideally, the natural lashes should reach approximately halfway up the shield before treatment begins.

What is the difference between Medium & M2 lash lift shields?

M2 shields are designed for clients whose lashes are longer than those suited to a Medium shield but not quite long enough for a Large.

They create a softer, more natural lift on longer lashes.

Why is lash lift adhesive important?

Lash lift adhesive secures the natural lashes neatly onto the silicone shield, ensuring every lash remains perfectly positioned while the lifting lotions work.

How long should I process the lifting lotions?

Processing times depend on the strength & thickness of the natural lashes.

General guide:

Fine or weak lashes: 5/6 minutes
Normal healthy lashes: 7/9 minutes

Can I over-process lashes?

Yes. Leaving the lifting lotions on for too long can weaken the lashes and affect the final result. Always carry out regular lash checks during the treatment & never exceed the recommended processing times.

Are silicone lash lift shields reusable?

Yes. Professional silicone shields can be cleaned & disinfected according to your salon Hygiene procedures before being reused.

Can clients wear mascara after a lash lift?

Yes. Most clients find they need little or no mascara, but mascara can be worn once the recommended 24-hour no contact with water & makeup-free aftercare period has passed.

What aftercare advice should I give my clients?

For the first 24 hours, advise clients to avoid:
