Here’s our Top 12 x requests:

  1. Arrives on time, eye makeup free, with clean lashes (saves time for lash tech & saves using salon products to remove makeup, etc)
  2. Discussed the desired look clearly at their patch test & consultation appointment with their lash tech (makes managing their expectations easier)
  3. Doesn’t chat too much & keeps still during lash application (this helps stop eyes from watering)
  4. Follows aftercare procedure (ensure lash tech covers this, helps reduce texts or calls from anxious lash client post lash treatment)
  5. Books regular fills (every 2-3 weeks) & follow lash tech & lash brand recommendations for lash longevity
  6. Respects the lash artist’s time, professional skills (this helps stop eyes build client & lash tech relationships)
  7. Has realistic expectations of what can be achieved (explain to your client what lashes & style is best for them to keep their natural lashes healthy)
  8. Gives proper notice for cancellations at least 24x hours minimum ( helps build trust & loyalty between client & lash tech)
  9. Happy to pay for late cancellations & no shows to appointments ( builds respect for lash tech & valuation of their business)
  10. Follows lash tech on their socials
  11. Comment & share their experience (sharing is caring & promotes lash tech!)
  12. Recommend their lash tech to family & friends (a referral is the best form of a compliment maybe offer clients an incentive rewards scheme for referrals
